This notice explains what LU Bhangra collects through this website and what happens to it.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address or phone number, preferred reply method, enquiry type, broad age category, possible event date and message. For an enquiry about someone under 18, we may also ask for a parent or guardian's name and contact details. We do not ask for payment information, full dates of birth or medical information through the general website forms.
How and why we use it
We use your details to answer your question, register class interest, discuss a possible booking and provide the service you request. For paid-service enquiries, this is usually necessary to take steps at your request before a contract. For general enquiries, our legitimate interest is responding helpfully and running LU Bhangra.
We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing unless you separately ask to receive it.
How long we keep it
We aim to remove general enquiry records within 12 months of the last contact. If an enquiry becomes a booking, we may keep the information for longer where it is needed for the service, accounting, safeguarding, insurance or legal requirements.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies. Links to Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps and other external sites open their services, which have their own privacy and cookie practices.
Your rights and contact
You can ask LU Bhangra to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or object to how it is used, depending on the circumstances. Email lubhangraclass@gmail.com to make a request or ask a privacy question.
